Through Click2Portugal, hotels can advertise their services. We provide an online platform that allows you to browse and search for accommodations. When making a reservation through Click2Portugal, a contract is automatically signed between the user and the accommodation.

Click2Portugal contains links to third-party websites and content. Use of these links is at your own risk and expense. Click2Portugal does not control or represent third party websites and their content. Once you leave the Click2Portugal website, our terms and privacy policies will no longer be in effect.

Responsibility

Click2Portugal is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, reliability or credibility of the accommodations. Click2Portugal will not be liable for any losses, expenses or damages of any kind, resulting from acts, omissions, negligence, fraud, false or misleading statements, breach of legal duty, misconduct or breach of contract by the accommodations that disclose their services through Click2Portugal, including its employees, representatives or affiliates. In the event of bodily injury, illness or death resulting from any act or omission by the accommodation (including its employees, representatives or affiliates), and/or any claim, the user's right to compensation will always be against the independent third party that will have provided a certain service, waiving Click2Portugal of any responsibility.

Click2Portugal is not responsible for any malfunction or any other type of problem with any computer system, servers, network or telephone service, computers or mobile phones, software, email or games failure, arising from any technical problem or traffic congestion on the Internet, including damages or injuries to the users themselves, related to any type of use and exploitation of the Click2Portugal website. The user explores our website at his own expense and risk, Click2Portugal does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of data, and may carry out technical maintenance for a period of time freely chosen.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions as well as the provision of our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with Portuguese law and any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions will be exclusively resolved under the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
